How about a hummus alternative? Plump edamame pods are blended with ginger, coconut milk, cashews, and a hint of wasabi for some kick. Tahini paste is folded in to give the dip some richness and body while an array of fresh veggies and some pita come alongside. With a plate full of carrots, celery, snap peas, watermelon radish, and Belgian endive spears, there is definitely something for everybody!
