When we think of classic California fare, fish tacos are always at the top of the list. We give you fresh red snapper fillets and our tasty spice mix so they’re seasoned perfectly. You cook them in the comfort of your own kitchen so they’re piping hot and ready to fill the flour tortillas and then topped with any or all of the ingredients we give you; pico de gallo, avocado, cabbage, crema, and cilantro are all included for you to use. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes, and you’ve whipped up a California tradition for dinner.
