We rub baby back ribs with Chinese five-spice, then slowly roast them until tender. Then, to add more flavor, we toss them on the grill and brush them with a wild honey-tamari glaze to add even more sticky flavor. Whipped garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed long beans are served on the side. Stock up on napkins, you're gonna need'em!

If your idea of "five spice" is a glaze and some sesame seeds then maybe you'll like it. Very dry, not pre-cut so you'll be hacking into the dried out slab of meat wig your plastic utensils just to get a bite. Potatoes were great though!
