Brioche has such versatility: breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, midnight snack, encasing cured meats. Here I have taken the cutest form of brioche, the "Nanterre", and made a mini version (it's your own personal loaf!). During baking, the little balls of brioche fuse together creating that attractive pattern.
It gets more exciting: our house-made chocolate hazelnut spread is a heavenly addition to the buttery brioche.
