Originating from Spain and Portugal, Gazpacho is meant to be served cold on a warm day. We have a few of those in the forecast, so here's a refreshing soup served rustic with chunks of sweet pepper, onion, and cucumber steeped in a tangy tomato-based broth. Cilantro and a touch of jalapeno pepper gives this gazpacho a mild kick to wake up your taste buds.

The gazpacho tasted fizzy. I think it has started to ferment? I got it last night but ended up having it just now for lunch. I didn't think that would be too long of wait in the fridge but maybe it was.

Could have been blended a littler better. Kinda like tomato flavored water w/ lots of red onion

Awful!!!! This was by far the worst thing I have ever ordered... If we were at a restaurant I would have sent it back. VERY strong spice in it. SO BAD!!

While I love chunks of veggies, I missed the thick puréed tomato consistency of a true gazpacho. Would've liked more garlic for that extra kick! Croutons were a great addition.

I make my own gazpacho & I like it chunky, so this works for me; got a nice kick to it!
