Chewy, tender, and sweet, sundried tomatoes shed light on pretty seashell-shaped Gigli pasta. This satisfying vegetarian meal is spiked with the bright acidity of capers and the nuttiness of real Parmesan cheese. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious vegetarian pasta dinner for two.

I really wanted to love this option, it seemed to have all my favorite ingredients. I was craving pasta and I thought it would fulfill that in a healthy way. The flavor was blah and tasted a little off.. not in a good way.
