Lean beef is rubbed with a blend of spices and lots of fresh ginger. The steak is pan-seared until medium-rare and then sliced. It's served with a quinoa salad mixed with lightly sautéed kale and shredded cabbage. It can be sprinkled with a garnish of pea and hazelnut salad that's served on the side. To tie it all together, there's a bit of gochujang, a spicy Korean condiment made with pungent red chili paste, for you to kick up the flavor to your own liking.

Tasted delicious but the meat looked a bit scary - it looked raw. Which is fine in a restaurant, but with delivery I wasn't sure how long it had been left out at room temperature?

I am so very sorry to say that there was something really wrong with the meat in this meal. Neither my husband nor I could eat it. It had the consistency of grilled zucchini slices... Mushy. Sadly we have had to discarded this meal.

The gochujang pulls the dish together and it is not too spicy. Definitely slather it on the steak, which is tender. The peppermint in the dish makes it taste so fresh & crisp. I really hope to see this on the menu regularly.

Better the first time. Second time was over cooked and the quinoa and kale wasn't as balanced. The first time it def tasted like it was prepared by a five star chef and was one of the most amazing dishes ever. Hope quality control gets better.
