A thick-cut piece of New York strip is marinated overnight in a mixture of soy and pureed Asian pear. It then gets seared on the grill and basted with a glaze made from gochujang, the fiery Korean chili paste. It's served with steamed white rice and a slaw inspired by "geotjeori," an authentic, quick-style kimchi.

What People Are Saying

2 Stars
The steak was a tiny cut and mostly gristle. Slaw was too spicy. Then it's just rice. No saving grace for the poor steak quality. Too expensive for what it is.

Steak a LOT fatter and more gristle than any of the other NY steak dinners from you. Vegies WAAAY too spicy.
