We take spinach and steam it until its tender and mix with salty feta, dill, green onions and seasoning to make the perfect filling which is sandwiched between phyllo dough! This gets baked and sliced into generous slices. We are serving it with a yogurt, cucumber and mint sauce and some delicious olives on the side!
