Pan-seared salmon fillets swim in a spicy coconut green curry sauce along with fresh snow peas and carrots. The whole thing is served over steamed rice and has crispy fried shallots and a few lovely herbs to garnish— all restaurant fancy-like. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this elegant dinner for two.

Salmon was disgusting--super fishy. Even after scraping bits of gray it was strong fishy smell and taste. The rest was good, but too little rice and too much sauce.
