Salmon was completely raw when it arrived and I had to double the cooking time in order for it to get cooked.

Terrible. Very undercooked, Cooked according to instructions for oven cooking. Aluminum foil cover. The salmon tasted like it was poached or boiled, Veggies soggy. Revisit cooking instructions after eating this dish cooked with current instructions.

It was totally raw we could not eat it and discarded it
