A large, flaky piece of mahi mahi is grilled and then served over a mix of sautéed vegetables. Chunks of both red and yellow bell peppers, summer squash, tender kale, and button mushrooms are cooked with olive oil until blistered and flavorful. On the side, some of our Calabrian chile yogurt sauce for dipping, dunking, or smearing as you desire.

I have to say that I'm not usually a sauce kind of person, but G*D D#MN that Chili Yougurt was absolutely incredible. Actually the entire meal was incredible! Love that there were plenty of mushrooms in the vegetables, b/c as I love mushrooms!

So good! I'm not a mushroom fan, but loved everything else. And I could drink the sauce. Keep it on rotation please.
