A little too much salt, and way too much black pepper on the salmon. This used to be one of my favorite dishes, but this time the salmon was barely edible.

The salmon could use 1/10th the salt. The nice big slices of citrus fruit would have tasted much better outside of the vinaigrette than soaked in vinegar. The dressing somehow left a bad taste and not sure why a citrus vinaigrette looks milky.

Salmon was not fresh - even the greens were old. Had to throw it in the trash. Also, it was obviously not prepared on the day delivered.

The salmon was a pasty consistence. Perhaps it had marinated in the citrus vinagrette too long, but the texture rendered it inedible. The only really good thing in the whole dish were the beets. Not a good dinner.

This dish MUST be eaten quickly. If not, the salmon will give a fishy smell to the greens, etc. It would be better if the salmon were packaged separately from the salad so this doesn't happen, and to ensure food safety. Esp if salmon is to be heated.

We didn't like the dressing but the salmon and salad were great.

Salmon was good. Salad was bitter multi colored greens, huge chunk of yellow beet and chick peas. 1/5 of the large leaf lettuce was brown at the cut edges. Dressing had lovely large orange chunks, very little fluid in cup.

Omg this was so good. Definitely med-rare salmon, and the citrus vinaigrette tasted great over everything. Really great flavor balance.
