This tuna steak is marinated in a cilantro tamari sauce and paired with a slightly spicy pineapple salsa of sweet pineapple, pepper, jalapeño, and lime juice. On the side, we serve cilantro rice and a little more of that cilantro tamari marinade.

Rice was kind of boring and too dry. Fish was okay.
