Chicken breast was dry even though it was poached

The chicken and rice were very good. The bok choy and cilantro was wilted and there should have been more cilantro. The hainan sauce was way too hot and it drowned out the other flavors.

I was very disappointed to note that Monosodium Glutamate was one of the ingredients in this dish. Many people have MSG sensitivities or allergies, and it’s so easy to make food tasty without this added chemical.
