A healthy bowl with a Hawaiian twist. Chicken is marinated in huli huli sauce (a mix of pineapple juice, soy sauce and spices), then grilled and served on steamed bulgar wheat. Topped with fresh pineapple chunks, red bell peppers, cabbage, carrots, cilantro and our coconut-cilantro dressing.

Darrell: Needs two to three times the amount of dressing. A fresh, substantial and satisfying entree-salad.

The texture of the grain didn't go well with the rest of the ingredients.

Did not like this at all. Some of the chicken pieces were chewy and have that rubbery feel that some salad bars have. Didn't like the dressing, wouldn't use it or use sparingly. Nothing great overall.

The chicken was incredibly fatty. Dark meat isn't my favorite but I don't mind it, but I had to throw away half of the chicken because it was just fat. Otherwise a great dish!
