Really delicious and oh-so-soothing. And I consider myself quite a connoisseur of miso soup. I deducted a star because I was robbed of carrots in my soup. What is with that? The photo clearly shows carrots.

YUK! Way too salty and the mushrooms were dehydrated and overwhelmed the flavor of the soup with their nasty dehydrated mushroom flavor and gross rubbery texture.

I didn't like the big chunks of veggies (would prefer a smaller cut) and it didn't really taste like miso soup.
