The wild spice of savory peanut sauce surrounds flavorful braised tofu, chickpeas, sweet green peas, and an herbaceous dose of cilantro. Toothsome brown rice helps bring every drop of flavor to your mouth, and crisp onions on top seal the delicious deal. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner for two.

This was easy to make tofu needed more cooking time & better peanut sauce. It just needed more flavor

Bland. Sauce took extra time to reduce. Was super watery based on instructions.

I just don't like tofu

Very bland - not even as good as buying components at TJs and compiling. Also said to add 3/4 c water - I added 1/4 c and that was even too much so had to cook down way longer than instructions.

Once water was added to the sauce as instructed the sauce was extremely thin, watery, and bland. Otherwise this would be a great dish.
