To know spam is to know the Hawaiian islands. This staple of postwar pantries has found a home there, and this dish is an appreciation of these flavors. To start, a few slices of homemade Spam go over steamed rice seasoned with furikake flakes Then dig into the two poached eggs and let the rich yolks ooze over everything. Sriracha is my hot sauce of choice, and don't forget to sprinkle some of the crispy golden garlic for additional bite.
