The subtle flavor of dill and the not-so-subtle flavor of horseradish are added to creamy dijon mustard for a delicious sauce and marinade. Roasted salmon is assertive enough to stand up to these bold flavors, and is placed atop steamed red potatoes, asparagus, spinach, and shaved red onion. This meal can be enjoyed cold for a perfect summer picnic, or heated up for a classy dinner on a night-in. Enjoy with a dry riesling or a smooth (preferably local) hefeweizen.

Potatoes nearly raw. Remove salmon (which is poached to perfection), add a little water and finish cooking the potatoes for several mins. Add. broccoli for the last 1-2 mins..DO NOT cook the salmon. Just add it cold--or only heat for 30 secs.

Cooked the potatoes separately with a little added water as they were hard and too raw.Added asparagus just to warm.Left the salmon cold because it was cooked perfectly and didn't want to ruin it. Sauce delish. Good portion of perfectly poached fish.

I love that it can be eaten hot or cold. So yummy, fresh and the dressing is just perfect. Sometimes mustard dressing is wrong and this is so right

Love this dish, the salmon is perfectly cooked and delicious . The only reason I didn't give five stars is the potato. Too large of serving and I find them too spicy (but I am a zero level of spice person.

Salmon was beautiful and did well in the reheat. Munchery has such flavorful sauces that really make the dishes exceptional. Would love to see some other starches besides potatoes (brown rice, quinoa, etc.)

Really great dinner. The salmon was delicious as were the potatoes, asparagus, and spinach. And the sauce blended very well with everything.
