Chunks of sweet pineapple, lotus root, and poached tiger shrimp complete the soup. Served with steamed jasmine rice on the side to add if you like.

Delicious soup. I only wish it had a bit more spice. I added a little Sambal Oelek which made it perfect for my taste.

Shrimp looked like they were a bit torn up on the tops, they were also rubbery. The first time I had this they were perfect
