You don't need to hop on a trans-Pacific flight to try this BBQ favorite from the Hawaiian islands. I've basted this Huli Huli chicken in a soy-pineapple marinade and grilled to perfection. Served with a light and refreshing tabbouleh salad made of pickled apricot, scallion, cucumber, tomato and a squeeze lemon juice. Mahalo! I enjoyed the combination of all the various ingredients. I like the use of dark meat. The sauce tasted mostly like soy sauce; would have liked more flavor.

Horrible. Chicken was salty with a slimmy and weird texture. The sauce was just teriyaki sauce. An overall bad dish. Definitely would not order this again.

The salad was good. The chicken was waaay to salty for my taste, and for those of us who would like to heat the chicken, it would have been nice if it were packaged separately from the bulgar wheat,

The chicken looked very pink and so we didn't eat it because we were concerned about the portion that would be reheated.
