Individual Turkey Dinner

It all starts with the turkey: brined in salt, lemon, garlic, rosemary, and thyme for tons of flavor and to help keep it juicy while we roast it to a beautiful brown. You get dark and white meat, of course. Filling out the plate are a mix of roasted brussels sprouts and butternut squash, mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, stuffing featuring Italian sausage, and an orange-lemon cranberry sauce. And gravy, because it ain't Thanksgiving without gravy.

Thank you for creating this individual size dinner!! It was perfect.

Turkey was ok; gravy good, which helps everything; stuffing flavorful but sausage dried out; hard to evaluate 1/2 brussels sprout in the orders and too much squash. Overall, a step up from supermarket deli counter but not as good as restaurant/home.

The chefs truly outdid themselves this Thanksgiving! Every item was perfect, and could not be improved upon. Thank you, chefs, for your excellence and for offering such a superb, traditional Thanksgiving repast; everyone was VERY happy!!!

Hello, the Thansgiving turkey dinner had to replace the dinner with my family that I would be missing. In all respects the meal lived up to my expectations. Well done chefs! Thank you, Linda Benjamin

I ordered this for my personal Thanksgiving and it was delicious - plenty of light and dark meat, mashed potatoes and stuffing with tasty gravy and braised winter veggies. I liked the Brussels Sprouts this way. Not much cranberry on the side though.

Turkey and potatoes were great. My husband enjoyed the dressing. I didn't like the fennel seed in it. Neither of us liked the extra flavor added to the cranberries. Only 1 dinners of 4 had Brussel sprouts that weren't over roasted and burned.

Turkey was moist and full of flavor and potatoes were good, not great. Fixings very disappointing. Stuffing was dry, vegies were too salty, and cranberry sauce was too tart.

Definitely a big portion and mostly very good. There was a loooot of grease collected around the veggies and either the potatoes or the stuffing didn't taste very fresh, but overall a good value esp. if you don't want to cook on T-day.

lots of inedible bits of turkey, and flavorless.

Exactly what I wanted--it reminded me of the Thanksgiving I wasn't able to travel east to eat. The selection of items covered the full spectrum, with no poor-quality side among them. A good size for a single-serving Thanksgiving meal as well.

Everything was wonderful excepting the gravy which appeared to be simply thickened chicken stock..

LOTS of served two of us well. And it was very satisfying and well done.

Better than many home-cooked turkey dinners I've eaten. There was only half a brussel sprout included in a large serving of squash; stuffing was a bit bland.

Super disappointed that I did not receive any brussels sprouts with my dinner.

Remarkably poor. The turkey looked like I got leftovers after someone distributed the best turkey slices. The stuffing was bland. The gravy was terrible. I'll order Boston market before I try this turkey dinner again.
