These crisp, pillowy flatbreads are the perfect canvas to showcase the classic Italian combination of pork and fennel, made even more aromatic with oregano and other Italian herbs and spices, and sweetened by tender roasted red peppers. Tangy feta cheese perks up the rich meat and caramelized vegetables in perfect balance. A tangy side salad completes the meal. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner for two.

Delicious!

The sausage was very hard to cut up unless removed from casings first. Also, to cook sausage thoroughly, vegetables had to be overcooked. Better to cook & drain sausage, wipe pan, then cook vegetables to avoid greasy, overcooked vegetables.

Missing a step to remove the skin from sausage prior to cooking. Cannot get meat to properly crumble w/o removing casing.

Too much oil suggested when sautéing the veggies. Transferred onto the bread

Could have used a little tomato sauce. Otherwise was pretty good.
