A traditional garlic and ginger soy sauce imparts balanced flavor to the sautéed veggies (zucchini, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, onions, and spinach) and satisfyingly chewy Korean glass noodles. On the side, a mixture of Korean chili powder and sesame seeds for spice and crunch.

Thanks for greatly decreasing the amount of salt. This time, there was much less salt but less flavor. May I suggest Aloha shoyu with crushed ginger and garlic to your sauce?

So delish and love that you didn't add the spices to it since I doubt like hot/spicy food...i didn't add the chilli powder

Good choice of items (mushrooms & veggies) but the sauce was wayyy toooo salty. May try again to see if they've improved the taste.
