We love a fancy salad and even more so when it doesn’t require a trip to a restaurant. First, you’ll soft boil eggs (yep, you!) and then you’ll make baked Parmesan cheese crisps (yes, you again!). Both of those get set on top of a shaved kale and radicchio salad that’s got apples, parsley, and a tangy dressing tossed in. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this sophisticated dinner for two.

I loved the salad-- it looked beautiful and tasted great!

I thought the raw shallot didn't marry well with the rest of the flavors. The parm crisps and croutons saved this salad. Also, Kale just seems safe and boring. Presentation was very nice. Very pretty salad.

Loved this except the raw shallot was a little too strong for the other more delicate flavors.
