This is a recipe that kids can get behind! Katsu is a traditional Japanese preparation where a chicken (or pork) cutlet is breaded, seared, and baked to perfection. The crunchy white-meat chicken strips are served with fluffy white rice and a salad of carrots, cucumber, and daikon with teriyaki sauce on the side. Simple and familiar flavors. When your kids realize they like katsu, maybe they'll want to try sushi next!

Chicken was so dry that my kids wouldn’t eat it. :(

Got this for myself, loved it! It's a full chicken breast worth of katsu, seasoned well, and great sauce. I would have preferred the salad to be more pickled. I'd definitely get this again for a light meal
