Bring taco night home without leaving the house! We sauté the leanest ground beef we can find with taco spices and some diced yellow peppers and onions. On the side comes corn tortillas, a roasted tomato salsa, a blend of brown rice and black beans, shredded lettuce, and some grated cheese so you can set out all the ingredients and let the kiddos build their own tacos.
