The salmon was really good. Unfortunately, the asparagus was over cooked and tough and the rice was really dried out.

My son eats anything, but didn't want it. I traded him meals and I understood why he didn't like it. The salmon didn't taste like it was seasoned at all. I was shocked to read the rice was "buttered fragrant rice". It tasted like Uncle Ben's.

We all love this dish (I've ordered it for myself too). Whoever doesn't like butter, don't order it, leave more for us.

The cooking time is off on this. I cooked according to directions and did the extra 4 minutes if needed, and it was still undercooked when I bit into a piece. I didn't check it before I fed it to my child so I was worried I fed her undercooked fish.

A little buttery, but very good. Would definitely order again.

There was a slab of butter hidden underneath the salmon - why does "kids meal" = unhealthy. The butter was totally unnecessary. The salmon was more seared than cooked. The plate only came with 4 asparagus versus the 100 pictured.
