Excellent. As an adult female with a small appetite at dinnertime, this is perfect. Nice sized piece of salmon. Potatoes were delicious. Add some more asparagus (as you show in the photo.) And maybe up the portion of your lush potatoes a smidgen.

This would be a 5 except for the asparagus, which was very tough. The asparagus would have been edible if the top half was used or using skinnier stalks. I liked that the salmon was not heavily grilled but more like poached or steamed. Made it juicy!
