Soy protein is a great meat substitute. Here it is simmered with cumin, coriander, chili powder, smoked paprika, and oregano. The dish is accompanied by brown rice and black bean pilaf, sweet pineapple - ancho chili salsa, cabbage slaw and mini tortillas.

Good overall but the very fruity salsa just didn't taste right with the other ingredients. The black beans were very dry and unappetizing.

My child liked all the components and had fun making her own tacos. Thanks to the previous reviewer who remarked that the dish was spicy, and to the chef for removing the spice. We would have been very disappointed if the dish had been spicy.

This dish was promising but the tofu portion of the dish was way too spicy. It was basically inedible for my kids. I think if you are going to make a kids meal, you have to remove or at least tone down the spice.

These are delicious, and I drizzled them with a little cucumber raita which added to the delicious pineapple sauce, creating a fun combination of flavors with sweet and sour effect.
