In this kid's portion, elbow macaroni is baked in my own cheese sauce made with butternut squash and Cheswick cheddar for a unmistakably creamy texture. To get the crusty top, simply pop this is the oven for 10-14 minutes. Orange segments dotted with pomegranate seeds round out this fun meal.
