This baked pasta casserole was invented at The Palace Hotel right here in S.F. Back in 1908 specifically for the opera star Luisa Tetrazzini who lived in the hotel, so there's a history lesson with dinner!
Diestel Turkey is roasted, diced and cooked with a creamy turkey gravy with carrots, celery, leeks, and spaghetti. Topped with parmesan bread crumbs and baked. Served with some steamed broccoli and cauliflower.
