I gave the fennel a chance considering everything else you guys make generally tastes pretty good. It was the worst mistake my mouth has made.

This was a ton of work - at least 45 minutes prep. The recipe never said what to do with the light colored chopped shallots. But! It was delicious and something really different. And the lamb was amazing.
