Chicken thighs are marinated in lemongrass, then grilled and served on top of a green papaya, jicama, carrot, cucumber, and pineapple salad. The dish is garnished with a peanut sambal relish, mint, and Thai basil. Top it all off with a tamarind dressing you add to taste.

A fresh and flavorful salad!!!...i will order this everytime it is available. The dressing is a little salty so i suggest starting with half of the provided dressing and then add a small amount as you eat. Otherwise its too salty for me.

The salad was soggy even without dressing. Slightly disappointing. Flavor was good for the chicken. Dressing was a bit soy sauce heavy.

I really enjoyed this dish, it was flavorful and didn't require heating up.

Salad was great; chicken just didn't bring a whole lot to the party. I'd swap it out for more peanuts and keep it a stellar vegetarian dish.
