Slightly bitter red endive and peppery arugula is topped with roasted chunks of parsnips, al dente lentils, and sprinkled with sweet golden raisins, salt ricotta salata cheese, and nutty toasted walnuts. It's comes with a side of our house-made honey-mustard vinaigrette for you to dress as much or as little as you want.

There wasn't any cheese and the parsnips were extremely mushy.

There were literally four pieces of parsnips and a severe lack of cheese in my salad but the yams were absolutely delicious
