When I first moved to San Francisco I worked at a little cafe in SOMA. My favorite part of the job was that I could drink as much coffee and eat as many sweets as I wanted. My go to was a rich, creamy, chocolately espresso brownie. This is my ode to that brownie. I make this one with Mascarpone for richness, and bittersweet Ghirardelli chocolate for sweetness. It's finished with just a touch of imported espresso. I hope you enjoy it!
