Not as pictured or described. There were no bell peppers, no tomatoes, and almost no zucchini - just quinoa and eggplant with very few chickpeas and a couple pieces of zucchini. The amount of sauce was far too little to be noticeable.

This looked unappetizing and, after one bite, went straight in the garbage. The eggplant was complete mush, the yellow peppers were soggy and the whole thing was flavorless. I didn't mix in the sauce provided because I could get past the first bite
