Inspired by Middle Eastern shawarma stands, we used similar spice blends to season grilled salmon. The sustainable fillet is placed atop saffron-infused basmati that gets tossed with currants and pistachios. The vegetable pairing is comprised of smokey roasted cauliflower and a salad of lightly pickled carrots, cucumbers, and onions. A tangy cucumber-mint yogurt raíta helps soothe those spicy flavors.

Really enjoyed this. Per usual I did not reheat the salmon so it would stay moist as it came perfect.

Okay flavor but not enough sauce and too much bland rice. Bring back the old salmon curry please!!!

Ludicrous cost - it includes a full tray of rice and some cauliflower, but only a 2x2 inch piece of salmon for $19. Slaw tastes like raw carrot+cilantro. Overcooked, dry filet of salmon.
