We use only Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha, delivered from the mountains of Japan. It is then locally crafted in Los Angeles, California. Our Matcha is cold brewed in enclosed cold water filled kettles to ensure that we never expose the finely stone ground powder to heat or light. After the brewing process, to protect the freshness and flavor - we then use High Pressure Processing (HPP) or also known as Cold Pressure Processing - instead of using heat pasteurization or adding preservatives.
