It just may be my preference. I didn't like the flavor of the salmon.

This dish could be fabulous! However, the recipe included lists way too much salt. I used 1/3 the amount of salt to the fish and to the bok choy and my husband still thought it was too salty. Redo the amount of salt and you've got a winner here!
