Fresh salmon fillets are liberally coated in red miso-ginger sauce then oven-roasted until flaky and delicious. While that’s cooking, you can toss together a cold soba noodle salad with carrots and snow peas that’s gently tossed in our house-made sake-soy dressing with a sprinkle black and white sesame seeds. With two pans and about 15 minutes, and you’ve got a restaurant-quality dinner coming out of your own kitchen.
