I'm always able to get the most out of pork when a bit of sweetness is added to the dish. In this case, the natural carmel flavor of dates complement the pungent spices rubbed onto this pork tenderloin. A red pepper-based harissa sauce gives the dish a spicy kick, and it's all served over a bed of couscous and kale.

Effectively no vegetables - we had 99! Percent couscous and meat, only one super small piece of cauliflower for entire dish. Taste was good but overall too heavy and I would not order again. It may be my particular portion just had no vegetables.
4 Stars
The pork tenderloin had a really flavorful rub and the couscous was delicious. Everything worked well in this dish. The dates in the couscous complimented the sweetness of the rub and the sauce was a great accompaniment I would order it again.
5 Stars
Loved the combination of ingredients - the pork was savory and the couscous is a favorite.

Not quite as much meat as there is in the picture, and the harissa sauce didn't have too much of a taste to really boost it, but in general it was decent.

Luscious. Very generous portion. I made two meals out of each box by adding in some sautéed pepper and onions I had on hand. It made a great combo.

Very dry.

Needs a vegetable

Not enough cous cous, too much pork and it was rubbery. Will try again as flavors are great

This was a great disappointment! My pork was unevenly sliced and not at all tender. It ruined what might have been a good dish. I won't order again and will be somewhat leery of other sliced pork dishes.

I find the cooking times for this dish as well as almost all others to be pretty significantly off (under estimated).

Delicious but too much meat not enough veg/grain. Felt imbalanced

Pork could be more tender

The Pork, couscous, dates, artichoke all work together and the Harissa sauce was a nice complement without overpowering the pork which has a nice mild taste.

Pork was dry. One of my least favorite dinners.

Fantastic! Wonderful tasty rice and meat perfectly seasoned.

This was a great dish. The portion of pork was sizable and very tender, which is not always the case with pork. I loved the couscous with the combination of dates and artichokes. And the harissa was a nice touch. This chef is great with his sauces!

Meat is tender and lean!
