It's yummy. One person, you get two meals out of it (cut in half, heat in oven) - store the rest in fridge. Salad for one, limp greens and please cut off the stems, so I don't have to. But I give 5-stars for the Galette - rich and satisfying.

Very tasty, though would be better as an appetizer or side for 2-4 ppl. It's a large portion and quite rich as a meal. Side salad is a nice balance.

Pleasant surprise: the galette is larger than the photo suggests,and was delish! I liked the piquant arugula alongside,but the cheese seemed bland.
