As a result, our cheese scene is among the best in the country, and we've sourced three styles for your tasting pleasure. The first is Facerock Cheddar, from Bandon, OR. Aged for one year, it has a deep, flavorful character. Next is Rogue River Blue from Central Oregon, an assertive and delightfully funky addition to any appetizer platter. Lastly is New Moon Jack, from Mt. Townsend Creamery. Located on Washington's Olympic Peninsula, this variety is mild and mellow with a creamy finish. Enjoy with the thoughtfully provided selection of crackers, fig jam, and mixed olives marinated in citrus and rosemary.
