Pan-Seared Branzino

couscous & arugula salad, tomato vinaigrette
4.5 stars
(126 reviews)
Simple searing lets the clean taste of seabass/branzino shine through. We serve it with a Mediterranean-style couscous salad full of olives, golden raisins, red peppers, and capers. The chunky tomato vinaigrette that comes on the side is as good on the fish as it is on the salad.

Great dish, my sister (ordered it for her) really liked it except she wished she didn't have soggy arugula after microwaving the dish. Maybe leave out the fresh arugula?
