The greens were already wilted and unusable after just 3 days from the box arriving. The cucumber was starting to go bad, so I could only use half of it. Tofu burger was flavorless. The only redeeming quality was the peanut sauce on the burger.

Delicious burger and peanut sauce. I ended up adding the cabbage "side salad" as a burger topping. Rather dry on its own.
