Tofu is marinated overnight in soy sauce and red chilis, then tossed stir-fry style in a spicy Thai inspired peanut sauce with carrots, snap peas, and red bell peppers. A garnish of red cabbage adds more crunch and cilantro for a fresh herb note. This tasty melange is plated over a bed of fluffy steamed jasmine rice.

I love the tofu and sauce but would like to see more dishes with brown rice instead of white rice.

Sauce was too citrusy/tart for my taste. I would prob just use soy sauce or something instead next time.
