Fresh pear wedges get quickly sautéed in a little sugar until golden and caramelized. You’ll arrange them over a salad with toasted walnuts and crisp toasts spread with tangy goat cheese and a drizzle of floral honey. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this elegant dinner for two.

What People Are Saying

Takes well over 40 minutes to prepare. Not worth it.
3 Stars
Too much lettuce and not enough toppings.
2 Stars
Cheese toasts were great but the salad is lacking flavor. Pear was not ripe so I cooked it longer but it still missed that sweetness.

Outstanding! What wonderful flavors. We ate all the toast because it so yummy. No left overs that night!
