Firm tofu is marinated with house-made piri piri sauce, a spicy blend of jalapeño , cilantro, and lime, then grilled. It’s served with a mix of roasted carrots, sweet potatoes, rutabagas, celery root, parsnips, onions, and red peppers tossed with chermoula sauce. On the side is a bit more of the piri piri vinaigrette and some chopped cilantro.

The sauce tasted good, but the tofu was too thick... some way of marinating / soaking tofu in sauce for more flavor after grilling would be better. We didn't love the spices in the side dish (paprika I think?), it was so-so.

How about some seasoning? From what seemed to be a very promising dish, this this dish would make you feel like the creator is allergic to taste....
